Microforum Services Group, Fujifilm Acuity Advance, A leader in the CD/DVD and plastic manufacturing market, Toronto's Microforum Services Group recently installed an Acuity Advance from Fujifilm. The company, who has been in the industry for almost 22 years, prints CD-ROMs, audio CDs, DVDs, gift cards, membership cards and portable USB sticks.

Microforum's market includes publishers, record labels, educational, corporate and financial/insurance. Fujifilm's Acuity Advance flatbed UV printer allows for resolutions of 1,200 dpi, with type printed as small as 6pt.

"We've turned to digital printing technologies to set us further apart, by providing even quicker turnarounds and improving cost-efficiencies versus other printing methods such as silk screening and offset printing," states Noble Musa, VP of sales and marketing at Microforum. "The installation of Fujifilm's digital technology allows us to provide small-to-medium sized orders in less time with fewer steps than traditional printing technologies. It is a winning combination for our customers… improved print quality with fewer manufacturing steps, and reduced cost."
