Unisource (6185 McLaughlin Road in Mississauga, Ontario) will be the site of the next meeting of the Digital Imaging Association (DIA). The Wednesday, November 19 seminar will begin with refreshments at 6 pm with a 7 pm start and an 8:30 pm conclusion. Keynote speaker Jennifer Matt, a renowned specialist in online strategy including content, commerce and customer engagement, will discuss “Web-to-Print: Beyond Commerce to Customer Engagement Online.”
“There are exactly two requirements for a successful web-to-print project – your sales team sells it and your customers use it,” she says. “For every additional channel you open with your customers, you increase their overall loyalty. Going online isn’t simply about commerce anymore. Customers expect to engage with you on multiple channels, when it’s most convenient for them, and at their discretion.
As the market continues to shift to more customer touchpoints online, printers will be asked to move more of their customer engagement online. This requires software and the expertise to deploy, maintain and integrate tools that solve additional customer challenges (extend your value proposition beyond print manufacturing) and make it easier for customers to do business with you.”
Join the discussion to hear Jennifer Matt, President & Founder of Web2Print, WhatTheyThink Print Software, Section Editor and leading print industry expert on building revenue through web-to-print partnerships with your print customers.
