C.P. Bourg, a leading developer and supplier of on-demand document binding and finishing equipment worldwide, has announced several key personnel changes at the company’s U.S. headquarters in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The changes are designed to strengthen relationships with customers and partners across North and South America. Brian Rutter has been named Vice President of Operations, responsible for infrastructure and administration at the company’s headquarters facility. Rutter has been with C.P. Bourg for 28 years. Prior to this appointment, he served as the company’s National Technical Manager for more than 20 years.
James Tressler has been named Vice President of Sales, responsible for all C.P. Bourg sales and marketing efforts throughout the Americas, and directly for sales in the southeastern states from Pennsylvania to Florida. Tressler joined C.P. Bourg in 1997. Most recently, he served as the company’s North American Director of Marketing and Branch Operations.
Maurice Soucy has joined C.P. Bourg as Interim National Technical Manager, responsible for customer and dealer/distributor service and support from the company’s headquarters. Prior to his appointment, Soucy for 26 years held a variety of positions at Xerox Corporation in manufacturing and in equipment testing and validation. This included C.P. Bourg products.
