DIA names Board of Directors for 2016

The Digital Imaging Association (DIA) of Ontario has named its Board of Directors for the coming year. The new DIA President is Dino Sinnathurai (Cober Printing), 1st Vice President is George Sittlinger (Maracle Press), 2nd Vice President is Paul Tarvydas (Tsus4), Secretary/Treasurer is Mark Norlock (KBA) and Past President is Paul McCarthy (Konica Minolta).

Directors include Rebecca Buffi (Xerox), Ray Fagan (Heidelberg), Steve Falk (Prime Data), Steve Fournier (Agfa), Jason Hamilton (Ti Group), Andrea Leven Marcon (Spicers), Mike Millard (Ellis Packaging), Ed Rooney (Ti Group), Randall Stevenson, Larry Stewart (Graphic Whizard), Bob Weller, and Director Emeritus Karl Schmed.

The DIA’s mission is to keep its member companies up to date with the latest industry information, provide a forum for information sharing, and stage events that attract professional speakers to address important topics suggested by members. The DIA was formed in 1988 as the Ontario PrePress Association to help deal with the international issue of North American Free Trade. The DIA has grown to over 75 member companies, and now focuses on technology and management within the digital imaging sector. The not-for-profit organization hosts regular meetings that explore topics such as JDF/CIP4, Digital Asset Management, Variable Data, Content Management and how to grow your business through diversification.
