Chicago-based specialty substrate leader GPA has launched Toner Talks, a new video series focused specifically on the digital toner market featuring Craig Surette, GPA’s Toner Fusion Market Director. This new series will introduce viewers to information and resources that can help them “create dynamic solutions for their customers.” Surette has over 20 years of graphic arts industry experience, and will bring his expertise and passion for printing to these short, helpful videos. Each one will focus on different topics for commercial printers that use digital toner press equipment – ranging from application ideas, real-world success stories, product spotlights, technical information and vertical-market opportunities.

In the first video, Thin Is In, he shares some simple tactics on how to gain consumer mindshare in an increasingly electronic world. With brand awareness and customer loyalty at a premium for marketers, this video reveals one cost-effective way to accomplish their sales goals.
