The revamped site offers ‘spare and wear parts’ and authorized consumables while ensuring “lasting premium printing quality as well as maximum availability and productivity of their printing press.” The Store has a comprehensive, fully tested product portfolio with “attractive online prices.” The OEM added that every printer can find the exact parts needed for their press in Manroland’s individual spare and wear parts catalogue, supported by user-oriented navigation (and where available, detailed drawings). All parts are clearly presented with their respective material numbers and corresponding prices. All that’s left to do is to click on the chosen part and place it in the shopping cart. In addition, the Store includes a general consumables’ catalogue.
A comprehensive product database shows customers successor products, alternative and related products, different packaging units, additional accessories and graduated prices. Many products also come with detailed descriptions, data sheets, pictures, animated drawings and videos. As an alternative to traditional bank transfers, residual payments can be made by credit card (MasterCard or VISA), or instant transfer.
