In 2015, Oakville Blueprinting (Oakville, Ontario) purchased a Morgana AutoCreaser 33 Pro from print finishing specialist Sydney Stone knowing that the Morgana DigiFold Pro was their “end game” – but they needed some time to make that commitment. So print finishing equipment supplier Sydney Stone offered a full-value trade-in of the AutoCreaser Pro towards the DigiFold Pro for a one-year period and the company took advantage of that offer. “We had been using a Morgana Creaser for years and the finishing made our jobs look so much better,” said Oakville Blueprinting’s Mike Monkhouse. “Now, with the DigiFold Pro, we’re able to crease and fold with such ease, accuracy and reliability. We’ve had it for some months now and we’re able to turn jobs around so much faster for our customers.”

Michael Steele from Sydney Stone added: “Oakville Blueprinting needed the confirmation that automated creasing, with the AutoCreaser 33 Pro, would improve their production before they could commit to the value of automated creasing and folding with the DigiFold Pro, in one pass. We try to understand the customer’s needs and be flexible enough to make a commitment – like guaranteeing a trade within a one-year period.” The Morgana DigiFold Pro offers creasing and folding in one pass at speeds of up to 6,000 sheets per hour. Set-up with its Smart Screen technology is both easy and effective.
