DuPont Advanced Printing has launched DuPont Artistri Xite S2500 (medium viscosity) and Artistri Xite S3500 (high viscosity) dye sublimation inks to its current ink offerings. “Backed by more than 25 years of digital inkjet manufacturing and technical support,” the inks are now available to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and commercial printers. They offer superior product consistency, jetting reliability and colour print performance for printing on polyester textile substrates, said the company. “We’re happy to offer dye sublimation inks for a wide range of viscosities. This allows printers to enjoy the benefits of the strong black and vibrant colours that the Artistri brand offers – regardless of what printhead they use,” said Sam Ponzo, Regional Director – Americas, DuPont Advanced Printing. In 2016, DuPont Advanced Printing launched improved DuPont Artistri Inks that “deliver brighter colours, shorter production cycles and higher production throughput” for Direct-To-Garment (DTG) and roll-to-roll digital printing.

DuPont Advanced Printing is a business unit of DowDuPont Specialty Products Division that brings together leading technologies and products for the printing and package printing industries. DuPont Cyrel, for example, is one of the world’s leading flexographic platemaking systems in digital and conventional formats, and  includes the new Cyrel EASY photopolymer plates and Cyrel FAST plates and processing equipment. DuPont Artistri offers high-quality inks for consumer, commercial, office inkjet and textile printing applications.
