Mailing and Lean Six Sigma expert Markovic joins Insource Corporation

Insource Corporation (Markham, Ontario), a technology supplier and a service and solutions provider for the paper-handling market (including mailing and fulfillment, printing, bindery and packaging), has added to its staff of technical professionals. Bozana Markovic, grounded firmly in Lean Six Sigma principles, will bring years of strategic empowerment to clients of Insource. She’ll support the company’s mission of providing technology and process improvements within businesses across Canada. Markovic has spent the last 10 years supporting mailing and distribution services for all Canadian Xerox service sites, as well as consulting services to non-Xerox clients. During that time, she’s managed to improve businesses while delivering millions of dollars in cost savings. Her consultative approach grounded in Lean Six Sigma principles, and her 15-plus years of industry-related experience, will help inspire innovation into traditional processes of Insource’s clients. Leveraging industry best practices and her in-depth knowledge of people, processes and technology, she’ll focus on helping Insource customers save money and maximize productivity by delivering strategic services (clarity, empowerment and insight) with a clear focus on innovation, operational improvements and business process optimization.
