Verico Technology is new name for Presstek Manufacturing Facility and Waterless Plate Division

Following Mark Andy’s recent acquisition of Presstek’s DI (Direct Imaging) offset plates and presses, CTP solutions, and service for commercial and in-plant customers, Presstek’s Waterless Plate Division now becomes Verico Technology. Verico, a leading provider of waterless printing solutions, is headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire and is headed by CEO Yuval Dubois. Verico Technology will focus on expanding its market share for waterless plates and coating technologies in the printing industry, as well as expanding its offerings to new market segments.

“Verico Technology and our R&D team are looking forward to expanding our portfolio and raising industry standards. We’re committed to deliver the highest quality products that offer environmental advantage to our clients,” said Dubois. He also confirmed that business will continue as usual for Zahara Waterless Plate customers. “There are no changes to our headquarters, ordering process or logistics. We’re working on a new website, and understandably our email domain changed – but all people you’ve worked with are still here, working hard and keeping our standards high.”

“We’re excited for the long-term benefits that Verico Technology will bring to the market” added Kevin Ray, Verico’s R&D Director. “And, with over 125,000 square feet of production facility, we look forward to shaking some ground and dedicating resources to grow our portfolio.”
