Leading trade printer Boss Logo Print & Graphics (Markham, Ontario) seems to have closed, as sources in recent days have reported receivership notices on its locked doors from MNP Limited, a licensed insolvency trustee based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Since it opened in 1995, the company had evolved into an industry leader in online trade-printing services, initially specializing in gang-run production. It also had hundreds of business-to-business customers, providing them with fast turnaround times and extremely competitive pricing on products such as business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, tickets, magnets, product packaging and large-format printing. Industry sources have cited financial difficulties over the past few years, despite the recent purchase of additional presses and other equipment. No other information was forthcoming at the time of this posting.
