Konica Minolta expands its Managed IT Services in Western Canada

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) has announced that it’s acquired Continuity Solutions Limited, a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) based in Calgary, Alberta. Over the past several years, Continuity Solutions, led by founder and CEO Ray Archer, has built a loyal customer base in Calgary by establishing itself as a leading IT service provider among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Heavily focused on proactive support and a client-first approach, Continuity Solutions’ culture and business model made it an ideal addition to Konica Minolta’s established IT Services Division, said the OEM. “My promise to my customers has always been to do what’s best for their business, and I believe this acquisition will allow me to deliver on that promise, and then some,” said Archer. “As a Managed IT Service Provider, our top priority has always been to safeguard our clients’ technology investment. And, with the added bandwidth, manpower and technological capabilities that Konica Minolta affords, our clients can rest assured that they’re supported by one of the best in the industry.”
