Registration now open for Annual Xplor Canada Conference in Toronto

Xplor Canada has announced that registration is now open for Xplor Canada’s Annual Conference taking place September 18, 2019. The event will be held at Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto and is sponsored by BlueCrest, RRD Canada and Canada Post. This year’s Xplor Canada Conference looks beyond 2020 at what the future holds for the CCM (Customer Communications Management) industry over the next five years. The event is an ideal combination of education and networking for marketers, data managers, technology officers, and those in compliance or innovation roles. “From artificial intelligence to compliance strategies, our industry is innovating customer communications solutions,” said Michael Sutton, President of Xplor Canada. “This year’s event aims to help companies enhance their CCM strategies by looking ahead to 2025.” The event will begin at 1:30 pm with a focus on emerging technologies and how artificial intelligence is enhancing communications beyond the written word. Additional sessions will focus on compliance and reducing risks in the new landscape of communications, as well as looking at the customer experience beyond the communication.

“The Xplor Canada Conference is the only educational and networking event in Canada focused on customer communications,” Sutton added. “It’s ideal for one-on-one conversations with industry business leaders.” Following a networking break, the day will continue with a ‘Blockchain primer’ and a look into how accessibility in customer communications is enhancing the customer experience. The afternoon will conclude with a panel featuring the day’s speakers, moderated by a member of the Xplor Canada Board of Executives. After the educational sessions, the networking will continue as attendees will enjoy dinner and an evening at the horse races. To register and learn more about the event, please visit
