Taylor Printing Group acquires Bounty Print Limited

Brace Holdings, owner of SaltWire Network and New Brunswick-based Taylor Printing Group Inc., has announced that it’s purchased Nova Scotia’s Bounty Print Limited, located in Halifax. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bounty Print specializes in offset, digital and wide-format printing, as well as finishing and direct-mail services.

“Purchasing Bounty Print enables Taylor Printing, already New Brunswick’s premier print-service provider, to expand its operations into the largest commercial market in Atlantic Canada,” said Scott Williams, CEO of Taylor Printing Group. Since Taylor Printing Group’s inception in April of 2005, the company “has challenged conventional rules of printing by investing in new technologies and equipment, expanding service offerings and leveraging evolving market trends to offer the best solutions,” the company added.

SaltWire Network is Atlantic Canada’s largest publisher of websites, mobile media apps and daily newspapers – including The Chronicle Herald, The Guardian, The Telegram and Saltwire.com. Lever added that the two businesses have worked together over the years. “With Taylor Printing Group’s singular focus on serving print customers, it’s clear that Bounty Print and its employees are in very capable hands.”
