Graphic Arts Magazine: Chairman’s Update

Joe Mulcahy.

An exciting September printed issue, our first Advisory Board meeting, a bold new website, and an amazing cover printed by Mi5!

Here’s another update from Graphic Arts Magazine Chairman Joe Mulcahy, as we continue to cope with COVID-19 and re-open our businesses safely.

I’m happy to report that Graphic Arts Magazine has resumed printed editions beginning with September’s issue. This issue is also special in another way. The covers were printed using Mi5 Print & Digital’s Scodix Ultra Pro Foil Digital Enhancement Press. Check out the covers and Mi5’s inspiring rise to prominence on page 16 of our September issue.

Be sure to check out our September issue – Printed and digital editions.

We had our first meeting with selected members of our new Advisory Board recently, and their input from various industry viewpoints was invaluable. Throughout the year, we’ll be holding regular online meetings to get a handle on what’s happening as our industry slowly re-opens – and what we need to do to help our readers and the industry at large. For starters, to help our supporters get back on their feet, we’ll be offering special discounts for print ads in our October, November and December 2020/January 2021 issues. Please call me at 1-877-513-3999 to learn more.

As printers continue to adjust during this pandemic, our team has been listening closely to your needs, and is excited to announce that we’ll be re-launching a bold new website. Part of that launch will be the introduction of a new digital engagement platform that’ll include live product broadcasting, virtual 360-degree company and pressroom tours, and highly engaging forums with OEM experts. We’re also excited about our improved custom educational resources that will better inform our readers about the many solutions available for their businesses. The new site will go live soon, so please check it out.

Our team is also launching a new B2B Digital Marketing Program that will help you to get your messages to your specific target audience more effectively. We’re also starting a Remarketing/Retargeting Program that will track visitors to our website and reach them with your ad(s) when they visit other websites. This is aimed at visitors who may have clicked on your ad, but have not yet purchased your print products or services. Finally, for a low fee and very little work on your part, our team will write and design an easily customizable, 4-page, full-colour newsletter for your business every month. Simply drop in you own ads and/or announcements. For more information visit http://graphicartsmag.com/tst1.html.

Until next time, please stay healthy and stay safe – and we’ll emerge from this pandemic even stronger!
