Registration now open for educational sessions at ISA’s International Sign Expo

Registration is now open for educational sessions at the International Sign Association’s (ISA’s) International Sign Expo 2020. The annual event will be held April 2-4 (with pre-conference educational sessions April 1) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The pre-conference educational workshops will help sign, graphics and visual communications companies expand into new areas. Education sessions will be sponsored by FDC Graphic Films Incorporated. The workshops will feature industry-leading experts who’ll explore high-growth opportunities for attendees to build their businesses. Each pre-conference workshop will also allow participants to earn an ISA Digital Badge demonstrating proficiency in that specific area.

The pre-conference workshops, held Wednesday, April 1, include:

  • Wrap experts Justin Pate of The Wrap Institute and John Duever of Vinyl Images and Design, lead the event’s ‘Business Boot Camp’ for Wrap Professionals by Avery Dennison.
  • Wayne Peterson of Black Canyon Group, will lead attendees through a day-long workshop that hones strategies and business development to grow their brands.
  • In a half-day session, Bill Farquharson of Aspire For will provide tips for selling more wide-format printing.
  • Karen Vanhoy of Atlas will help project managers grow their team-building skills in a half-day session.

In addition to the pre-conference workshops, the event’s educational opportunities will include sessions on Organizing Your Business, Protecting Your Business, Running Your Business and Marketing Your Business – as well as those that explore print, digital signage, design and technology. The popular Women Leading the Industry sessions have been expanded, and feature topics designed to help women grow their leadership skills and influence. Educational sessions are available as a single-event purchase, or through packages that allow attendees to fully immerse themselves in all of the sessions. A popular Company Package provides entry for all employees to all ISA education sessions on Thursday and Friday during the show. Registration through to March 4 will include significant early-bird discounts.

The ISA Sign Expo 2020 will co-locate with Impressions Expo (formerly the Imprinted Sportswear Show), which offers exceptional educational opportunities through seminars and hands-on demonstrations. For more than 40 years, Impressions Expo has been the premier tradeshow dedicated to the imprinted and decorated apparel industry. It focuses on everything from fashion blanks and promotional items, to items necessary to complete finished designs in screen and digital printing, heat transfer, embroidery, promotional items and more.
